Juley-Ann Collins is a freelance producer and has extensive experience working in the Irish cultural landscape in national and international contexts, coordinating small to large-scale projects, festivals, and tours, with funders including the Arts Council of Ireland and Creative Europe. Juley-Ann has worked across multidisciplinary arts settings such as festivals, production companies, hospitals, care settings, venues, and local authorities, with a recent focus on producing street arts and circus in a freelance context. Memberships include the Irish Street Arts Circus and Spectacle Network, Theatre Forum, and Board member for Mother Tongues.
Recent clients include Louth and Limerick City and County Councils, Minding Creative Minds, National Circus Festival of Ireland, Cavan Arts Festival, Pitch'd Circus Festival, Tipperary Dance Festival, Bill and Fred Productions, and Drogheda Arts Festival. Previous to working freelance, she worked for Fidget Feet Aerial Dance Theatre and Baboro International Arts Festival for Children.

• Mentor with Minding Creative Minds, producing and fundraising supports for artists and festivals
• Produced 2023 national tour Bill and Fred Productions: The Grannies, working with venues, local authorities, festivals, partners and care settings
• Developing "Carnival - A Pilot Project", an arts participation street arts sharing celebrating multiculturalism in our communities
